有小伙伴要问了，距离比赛还有这么久，为啥现在要强调？
因为“物理碗”是竞赛，具有相当难度，备考是一个长期战，越早准备，越有可能取得好的成绩。距离下一届竞赛，只剩4个月，打算参赛的同学要抓紧备战了！
“PhysicsBowl”——“‘物理杯’美国高中物理思维挑战”，由权威的美国物理教师协会（AAPT）主办，11个国家超过500所学校上万名选手参加，参赛者希望以此来证明自己的物理能力。
物理碗测试的是高中一、二、三年级的物理学生，允许学生与同班同学和其他学校学生竞争，为学生提供有形的考试成绩。
由于是竞赛，所以会有困难和不常见的问题。过去9年仅有1名高中生在该竞赛中得到满分。
每年国内都有很多高中生参加物理碗竞赛，在45分钟完成40道选择题。考试在物理碗指定的时间内进行，题目是普通高中物理课程中涉及到的物理问题。可以带简单的，无任何编程功能的计算器以及纸质英汉字典，提供常数和方程表。
竞赛分成2个级别：
无论参加Division1还是Division 2的比赛，都需要在45分钟之内完成40道选择题，时间紧，任务重，因此对知识点要高度熟练。
全英文答题，需要英文能力过关且熟悉竞赛中涉及的物理词汇。竞赛涉及的物理知识范围很广，包括力、热、光、电、磁、天文学等内容，对中国学生来说也是很有挑战的。
物理碗的问题可以很宽泛，可以从概念物理到现代物理，再到AP物理问题。物理碗是一项具有挑战性的比赛，学校课程不可能涵盖所有的考试主题。
国内物理碗通常3月举行，报名时间截止时间一般在考前10天左右。22年报名截止时间是3.16，考试时间是3.26。
准备物理竞赛的最好方法是参加模拟考试，在竞赛之前，测试自己的水平。
在练习的时候，最好是坐下来考试，花45分钟的时间来体验真实的考试氛围，提前适应竞赛。
