Do you think government should spend money saving the endangered animals or the money has to come from private sources?
题干问你觉得是应该由government出钱保护濒危动物还是由民间组织private sources出钱保护濒危动物。无论出资方是谁，目的都是to save the endangered animals. 那我们就来快速比较双方的优缺点找到回答思路，具体的观点和理由的展开解释可以参考下文的示范回答。
假如你想支持第二个观点那么可以说，“In order to save extinctic animals, I think private groups should be in charge of collecting money to help build preserved areas. I’m sure many rich celebrities and businessmen who love animals would be happy to donate money to save endangered animals.
支持观点2的理由是，Individuals would know better which organizations are most deserving of the financial support. They’re effective in solving some animals’ concerns.
举1个例子进一步解释理由，“The classic case is Smokey the Bear. The character from the Forest Service – the bear- dress up like a forest ranger, saying things like “Please don’t hurt my animal friends.” Well it works because he raise people’s awareness of endangered animals and appeals to stopping hurting animals.
结尾重复观点2即可，“So I agree with the second opinion.”
但是假如你支持第一个观点可以说，“I prefer the opinion that government should spend money saving the endangered animals. ”
支持观点1的理由也等于反驳支持观点2的理由，可以这样说“I don’t think private groups are the right people to decide spending money because they’re too closed to the situation.
进一步解释理由 “I mean, they’re not as fair and objective as government administrators. What will prevent private groups from giving money to the organizations which they’re in themselves. ”
结尾把观点2再重申一遍，Therefore I prefer government to private source because I think government is more fair and objective than individual.
