What’s your opinion about online review?
I think in a way it’s good for people because they can read the comment and decide what to buy and what not to buy.
But also it’s not good because some people would write bad comment, and it could mislead other people.
I think it’s necessary to read online reviews.
Because in this way people would be able to tell if the product is good to buy. Taken myself as an example, whenever I go shopping on a website, the first thing I would do is to read the comment section…just to check if there’s any negative review of the product so it can avoid me to make mistakes.
Well I think the online review is absolutely necessary to customers and shop owners.
For customers, it’s a good way to avoid making mistakes, like they could read and justify those reviews, and decide if they’re making the right choices. While for shop owners it’s also a good way to collect opinions so that they can improve the quality of their products.
So to be honest I don’t think there are many disadvantages in that.
Well I think the online review is beneficial to both customers and companies’ ends.
Taken a famous travel website Tripadvisor as an example, tourists can decide where to go sightseeing and which restaurant they can choose before they go to the place, saves them lots of time and effort. For shop owners, they could alter their services or give different selections of food menu based on the need of customers. |
